You may cancel an order or request for an exchange if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

UbuntuMall members can sign in to their account to cancel an order as long as the order status is "received". For orders that have been shipped, please visit our returns/exchange section for more information.

  UbuntuMall Members: To cancel an order placed online, sign in to your account, click on the "contact us" link, fill out the form, and submit your request.

  Mail/Fax Orders: Please complete this FORM to request an order cancellation. Please remember to provide your order ID and your name. If it is a partial order cancellation, please state the product ID and quantity you would like to cancel.
